Firmly woven, dense, tart, yet juicy fruit with slightly smoky and spicy wood aromas, ripe, present tannin, hints of blackcurrants, mint and pepper again, fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, earthy and distinctly salty tones, a hint of anise on the very good, firm and dense, fresh-juicy finish.
