Nutty and very slightly floral aroma of predominantly black berries and a hint of cherries with a hint of root vegetables. Quite cool dark fruit with restrained bitter chocolate aromas, pepper, herbal-vegetable tones and hints of celery, youthful, fine sandy tannin, salt in the background, smoky nuances, a hint of coffee, becomes even more fruity with air, good to very good, tangy-juicy finish, again with bite.
