2019 trocken "Minimalist", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly cloudy gold. Nutty and somewhat tobacco aroma of legumes with root vegetables, stone and pome fruits, yeast dough, hints of honey and mushrooms. Quite firm and tart in the mouth, restrained fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, some yellow spice, fine acidity, grip of friable tannin, slightly chalky texture, salt in the background, good persistence, a hint of caraway, good to very good, tart finish.
