2019 Kitzingen Silvaner trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, a little reminiscent of parsley and very delicately bacony aroma with light yellow fruity notes and chalky hints. Clear, straight, fine, light, tart fruit, very fine acidity, chalky and somewhat salty minerality, parsley again on the palate, a hint of celery, light nutty traces, good to very good, tart finish.
