2018 Silvaner Brut Nature, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Yeasty and nutty, delicately vegetal pome fruit scent with slightly buttery aromas reminiscent of white bread. Clear, juicy, tart fruit, clearly yeasty and again also buttery and nutty flavours, medium-fine mousseux, persistent, some grip, chalky tones, very good, tangy and nutty-spicy finish. Skilful.
