Cool, fine-vegetal to herbaceous nose with yeasty and restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas and hints of avocado and cucumber. Cool, fine, slender, bright fruit, clearly yeasty, mushroomy, nutty and somewhat smoky, very fine mousseux, good persistence, salt in the background, hints of tobacco, avocado again, has grip, very good to long finish.
