Cool, somewhat herbal and floral, slightly yeasty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas and some smoky reduction tones. Clear, polished, tart, fine-juicy fruit, very fine mousseux, some grip, herbal to herbaceous and again slightly floral aromas, persistent, has bite, some depth, nutty- yeasty hints, very good, firm, tart-juicy finish.
