Firm, tart, yeasty, somewhat tobacco and almondy-nutty aroma with restrained pome fruit notes, a hint of bacon, avocado and butter. Fine, ripe, not quite dry fruit, very fine mousseux and some grip, notes reminiscent of nut butter, persistent, creamy, slightly grippy, smoky and mushroomy traces, distinctly maritime, a little reminiscent of seaweed and crab meat, some rice leaf, very good, sweetish and at the same time somewhat bitterish-spicy finish.
