Monti Lessini Durello DOC Brut, Veneto, Italy

Cool, bright, slightly yeasty apple-citrus nose with fresh herbal-vegetal notes. Clear, sweet-juicy fruit with nutty and yeasty aromas, vegetal nuances and herbs, a hint of ash in the background, fine mousse, certain sustainability, a bit of crumbly pome fruit and a touch of wax on the palate, suggested yellow spice, tobacco nuances, very good finish.
