Fairly undeveloped, distinctly nutty, tobacco and mushroomy aroma of pickled chilli peppers, partly crunchy yellow fruit with earthy and ethereal-herbal nuances. Ripe, firm fruit with a slightly sweetish melt, fine acidity, hints of coffee and caramel, nutty and slightly roasted wood flavours in the background, has grip, good persistence, a hint of fennel, turmeric and cardamom, some coriander, chalky minerality, has cool and warm elements, certain depth, very good finish with grip, walnuts and lots of tarragon mustard.
