Reife, herb-saftige, leicht schmelzige Frucht, etwas Griff und sehr feines Mousseux, Pilze, Tabak und Rauch am Gaumen, eine Spur Butter und Brioche, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, angedeutet schwarzbeerige Töne, zart aschige Töne und ein Hauch reifer Brie, vielschichtig, sehr guter, feinwürziger und -saftiger Abgang mit Griff und Salz.
