Translate to English Kühler, kräuterig-vegetabiler und leicht floraler Duft mit Kernobstaromen, etwas Zitrusfrüchten, deutlich Fenchel und leicht feuersteinartiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, recht saftige, ganz zart ölige Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure, deutlich Kräuter und Salz, wieder auch ein wenig Feuerstein, ganz leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Biss, nachhaltig und trotz des niedrigen Alkohols substanziell am Gaumen, etwas Tiefem, sehr guter, recht straffer Abgang mit zitrusbetonter Frucht, pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten und wieder viel Mineralik.
