Cool, rather fine, yeasty, somewhat floral and delicately herbal-vegetable core fruit nose with citrus nuances, a hint of mushrooms as well as tobacco and nutty traces. Firmly knit, rather tart fruit with yeasty, nutty and almost a little woody tones, fine mousseux, grip of ripe tannin, tobacco, peppery and slightly mushroomy tones, lasting, a little dried flowers in the background, smoky and mushroomy hints, some depth quite firm construction, very good, again grippy finish.
