2011 Soave DOC i Prandi, Veneto, Italy

Light yeasty and prominent vegetal notes on the nose, citrus fruit and tart apple notes, touch of quince. Fruity on the palate with spicy vegetal notes, lively and quite tart, elegant acidity, yeasty traces, delicately spicy nutty notes, slightly persistent, quite refreshing, attractive to good finish.
