Firm, somewhat herbaceous, nutty, yeasty and delicately smoky aroma with tart yellow fruity and very slightly dried floral aromas. firmly woven, tart, fine-juicy, cool fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, nutty, floral and very delicate red berry tones, very fine mousseux, has grip, certain depth, hints of smokiness on the palate, quite complex, very good, firm, tart-juicy and finely spicy finish.
