Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, an Wurzelgemüse erinnernde, aber auch etwas grasige bis kräuterige Nase mit gedeckten gelbfruchtigen und ein wenig erdigen Noten. Sehr schmelzige, ruhige, fast etwas matte Frucht, erdige, vegetabile und nussige Töne, moderate Säure, etwas Gerbstoff, viel Alkohol, ganz leicht holzige Töne, ein Hauch Butter und Speck, eher rustikale Art, recht guter Abgang.
