Firm, deep and astringent, slightly planty, hinted animal and fungal, also undergrowth scent of red and also black berries with floral nuances, a little tobacco, fermentation notes, a hint of citrus fruits and clear minerality. Very firm and concentrated in the mouth, tangy-juicy, a little nutty-spicy, herbal and tobacco, peppery notes, present tannin and a little acid bite, lasting, deep and complex, enormous, salty minerality, bacon-like nuances, a little tobacco, hardly developed yet, long, firm and tight finish with lots of bite, iodine as well as leathery and fleshy notes. Must absolutely mature
