Clearer and rather calm, delicate nutty core fruit scent with herbal to herbal aromas and restrained barrel tones. Quite firm, juicy, bright fruit, very fine acidity and a touch of soft tannin, certain alcohol warmth and melt on the palate, restrained, slightly vanilla barrel spice, a hint of smoke, bitter herbal and also mineral notes, sustainable, has power, slightly peppery nuances, a hint of dark berries in the background, very good, juicy and spicy, warm and melting finish.

Editor note: Somewhat nutty, woody-spicy and smoky pome fruit aroma with a hint of vanilla, a little wild mushroom, orange peel, fennel seeds and a hint of tobacco and nut butter. Ripe, melting, warm fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, light, slightly vanilla wood flavours on the palate, a little fat nuts, persistent, hint of floral, almost creamy texture, smoke, wild mushrooms and mineral hints in the background, very good, again warm and melting finish.
