2022 Castell Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fine vegetal and a tiny hint of peppery nose with light pome fruit notes and some celery. Clear, bright, tart, fine-juicy fruit, quite lively acidity, some grip, fresh vegetal tones, again with celery, good persistence, salty-chalky minerality, traces of herbs, good to very good, tight, tart finish.
