Clear, quite firm, somewhat nutty pome fruit scent with quite fine vegetal aromas as well as a hint of smoke. Firmly woven, tart and powerful in the mouth, bright fruit with grip and fine acidity, clear, chalky-salty minerality, some smoke, has melting, persistent on the palate, bright nutty hints, good depth, smoky and delicately barrel-woody notes, noticeable but integrated alcohol, very good, firm, tart finish with bite.
