2021 Schloss Johannisberg Riesling VDP.Gutswein trocken "Bronzelack", Rheingau, Germany

Taut, almost cool, polished, fine citrus-stone fruit scent with yeasty traces, herbs, floral nuances and minerality. Firmly woven, rather tart, still undeveloped, again quite cool fruit, yeasty and vegetal to herbal notes, fine, lively acidity, still very slightly drying tannin, persistent on the palate, certain depth, still young, clear minerality, a hint of red berries, very slightly sweet melting, very good finish.
