2016 Schloss Johannisberg Riesling Auslese Rosalack, Rheingau, Germany

Cool, polished nose, delicate floral traces, peach fruit, hint of dark berries and citrus notes, some apple, light floral traces again. Clear, elegant, juicy, cool, sweet fruit on the palate, herbaceous traces, hint of black berries, lively, very elegant acidity, persistent and very polished, still undeveloped, mineral traces in the background, not particularly deep, very good cool, sweet finish, elegant and juicy.
