2005 Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese Goldlack, Rheingau, Germany

Delicately mellow nose of candied citrus fruits, lots of peach, blossom honey, sultanas and caramel with mineral tones. Crystal clear and concentrated in the mouth, caramel and juicy apricot tones, hints of minerality on the palate, extremely deep and complex, honeyed sweetness that is perfectly integrated by the fine-bred acidity, still very youthful, has a lot of substance, shows origin and character, great length. A timeless classic
