Nutty and a hint of roasted aromas of partly candied citrus fruit, preserved stone fruit and Cape gooseberries with smoky oak notes. Ripe fruit still somewhat behind the oak, nutty, smoky and a hint of roasted notes, a certain acidic bite and fine sandy tannins, light alcoholic warmth, restrained sweetish melting, certain candy tones, hints of caramel and bacon, buttery-creamy nuances, some drying oak and noticeable alcohol on the finish.
