2019 Fellbach Lämmler Spätburgunder trocken "Edition P - Barrique", Württemberg, Germany

Quite firm, a little warm, somewhat animalic aroma of very ripe dark fruits with bitter chocolate and nutty aromas. Ripe, again rather dark, somewhat warm and partly preserved fruit, lots of chocolaty and somewhat toasty wood, youthful, crumbly, at the same time still a touch drying tannin, certain power and warmth, good persistence, in the very good finish again dark juice and lots of smoky and bitter-chocolaty wood.
