2018 Fellbach Lämmler Merlot trocken "Edition P", Württemberg, Germany

Slightly smoky, nutty and hinted mushroomy scent of predominantly black berries with a little amarena cherries, peppers and mustard seeds. Dark fruit with chocolaty and slightly smoky wood spice, crumbly, still youthful tannin, good persistence, roasted almonds and dried herbs in the background, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish.
