2021 Chianti Classico DOCG "Fontalpino", Tuscany, Italy

Clear, tart and polished, black and red berry nose with cherry aromas, some dried herbs as well as a hint of tobacco, coffee and pepper. Ripe, tart and juicy, quite polished fruit, crumbly, youthful tannin, nutty tones, some herbs and black olives, pepper and coffee grounds, some power and warmth, minty traces, salt in the background, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart and finely spicy finish with some bite.
