Clear, quite firm nose with quite fresh herbal aromas and rather restrained, bright yellow fruity tones. Tart fruit with nutty, delicately smoky and a little yellow-spicy notes, some warmth, suitable acidity and a hint of sandy and drying tannin, some persistence, a hint of fennel, hints of brown butter, also slightly warm and drying on the good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
