Very ripe, partly dried black berries on the nose, dark roasted and malted notes. Juicy fruit on the palate, prominent oak and astringent tannins, delicate vegetal notes, good persistence, medium depth, light buttery notes as well as more dry tannins on the finish.

Editor note: Lactic and buttery notes on the nose, prominent spicy oak, preserved black berries, malted notes. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, ripe, slightly buttery fruit again, prominent spicy oak, light jammy notes, mature tannins, very modern, soft, crowd-pleasing style, slightly lacking in original characteristics, could do with a bit more bite, but also has cool nuances, good persistence, very good finish.
