Cool, yeasty and vegetal to slightly herbal citrus-pomaceous fruit nose with delicate floral and nutty notes. Clear, polished, finely juicy, bright fruit, fine mousseux, yeasty, planty and nutty flavours, a hint of citrus peel and a hint of butter, certain persistence, harmonious, very dry, very good finish.
