The Cooperative Winery in Kaltern in the South Tyrol (Alto Adige) region in the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige was created by the merger of the "First Winery Cooperative Kaltern" (founded in 1900) and the "New Winery Cooperative Kaltern" (founded in 1925) in 1991. In 2016 it was integrated into the cooperative winery Cantina Kaltern (Kaltern Winery).
