Very slightly smoky and nutty aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas, fine vegetal and slightly herbal flavours, a hint of mushrooms and floral tones. Ripe, quite juicy fruit, nutty flavours, artichokes, fennel and moderate barrel tones, fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, certain warmth and sweetish melting on the palate, good persistence, floral nuances, a hint of butter, hints of bacon, has power, very good finish.
