Clearly green-vegetable nose reminiscent of root vegetables with tart white and yellow fruit aromas and mineral hints. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, clearly planty aromas, hints of white pepper, nutty traces, light minerality, lots of power and noticeable alcohol, a little elderflower, very good finish with currant and pepper notes.

Best to drink: Bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
