Trocken, etwas saftig und leicht herb im Mund, salzige, zart kräuterige und weiß-nussige Töne, erdig-mineralische Nuancen, lebendige Säure, leichter Gerbstoff am Gaumen, recht guter Abgang mit etwas Wärme.
