2012 Mitterberg IGT passito Anthos, Alto Adige, Italy

Light yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, partly dried and candied yellow fruit, floral and herbaceous traces, hint of caramel. Ripe, partly dried sweet fruit on the palate, caramel and honey, very elegant acidity, good persistence, hint of yellow spice, herbaceous and mineral traces, some depth, very good finish.
