Translate to English Ziemlich herber, betont vegetabiler, leicht käsiger und etwas erdiger Duft mit etwas Quitte sowie grün- und schwarzbeerigen Nuancen. Herb, vegetabil und zartfruchtig im Mund, trotz des erheblichen Alkohols recht kühl wirkend, passende Säure, erdige und einen Hauch tabakige Töne am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, Holundertöne im Hintergrund, etwas rau am Gaumen, leicht rustikal, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit Kaffeenoten.
