Tart grassy nose with green vegetal notes, citrus and some apple fruit, touch of elderberry, earthy traces. Tart spicy vegetal notes on the palate too, nutty notes, earthy traces, partly dried fruit, fairly prominent acidity, light tannic touch, very creamy, noticeable alcohol, touch of juniper and elderberry, quite a good finish.
