Tart, nutty, yeasty and slightly tobacco aroma with yellow fruity, a little smoky and mushroomy notes, hints of pepper and herbs. Restrained, quite dry fruit, herbal, yeasty and nutty tones, a little protein on the palate, relatively fine mousseux, grip of very slightly drying tannin, good persistence, ethereal nuances, slightly red berry in the background, salty and peppery traces, then friable apple, very good finish.
