Translate to English Recht fester, etwas holzwürziger Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und ein wenig Kernobst mit herben kräuterig-pflanzlichen Noten, etwas Rauch und Tabak sowie mineralischen Tönen und einem Hauch Safran. Auch im Mund ziemlich fest, etwas schmelzige, herbe Frucht mit gewissem Saft und viel Würze, integriertes Holz, getrocknete Bergkräuter und -Blüten sowie leicht hefige Töne, angedeutet Rauch und Röstung, nachhaltig am Gaumen, salzige und kalkig wirkende Mineralik, eine Spur Lardo im Hintergrund, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, etwas schmelziger und holzwürziger Abgang mit Biss.
