Translate to English Fleischiger und wild-kräuteriger Duft nach dunklen Beeren, gegrilltem Pfirsich und getrockneten Cranberries mit holzwürzigen und erdigen Aromen. Feinsaftige Frucht im Mund, getrocknete mediterrane Kräuter, luftgetrockneter Schinken, schwarze Oliven, etwas Teer und Pfeffer, präsente, recht feine, jedoch nachtrocknende Tannine, rurale Töne, animierend, recht guter Abgang. Vielseitiger Essensbegleiter, den man vermutlich sogar zum gegrillten Fisch einsetzen kann.
