Firm nose with partly preserved pears, apples and some rhubarb, watermelon and honeydew melon, herbs and spices, mineral notes, delicate pepepry notes and a hint of green vegetables. Quite concentrated on the palate, sweetish and creamy, full-bodied with slightly noticeable alcohol, elegant acidity, dried and deep-fried herbs, partly preserved and aprtly candied fruit, some more pears, melon and rhubarb, mineral traces in the background, some oak, noticeable alcohol on a very good finish.
