Preserved and candied stone fruit on the nose, some lychees, honeydew melon and candied orange zest, sweetish, spicy yeasty notes, sweetish herbaceous notes. Quite firm and concentrated o nthe palate, creamy, preserved and candied fruit, mainly stone fruit and melon, hints of brioche and a touch of honey, elegant acid bite, harmonious acidity, quite full bodied, good persistence, delicately sharp, spicy vegetal notes in the background, attractive to good finish.
