Tart aroma of root vegetables with earthy and restrained yellow-fruity tones. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with nutty and vegetable flavours, some yellow spice and smoky traces, quite lively acidity, noticeable grip, a hint of dark berries on the palate, good persistence and substance, warm and cool elements, good to very good, juicy and spicy finish.
