Floral nose with white and yellow fruity notes, celery and herbaceous nuances. Warm, bright, melting fruit, nutty and slightly buttery tones, fine acidity, notes reminiscent of root vegetables, also a little cauliflower, floral tones, noticeable alcohol, very slightly muted on a good, delicately smoky to bacony finish.
