Lightly muted, dried vegetal and earthy scent of partially preserved black fruits with tarry and volatile notes. Ripe, tart black fruit in the mouth, smoky, toasty woody aromas, earthy and dried vegetable notes, a little tar, a lot of alcohol, again very volatile notes, cocoa notes on the palate, somewhat rustic style, but gains juice and freshness with air, good substance, in the background a little salt, also herbs, certain bitterness, good to very good, slightly drying, alcoholic finish
