2021 Pays d'Oc IGP Pinot Noir Rosé "Rosa Lise", Languedoc, France

Fresh and cool, delicately smoky, almost still a little reductive nose with nutty, hints of floral and restrained red berry aromas and a hint of pome fruit. Tart, restrained, quite polished fruit, vegetal and nutty hints, fine acidity, very delicate tannin grip, mushroomy traces, a little yeast, certain persistence, quite elegant style, mineral hints, very good, somewhat almondy finish with herbaceous nuances, fine spice, smoky traces and draw.
