2020 Pays d'Oc IGP Chardonnay "Nature", Languedoc, France

Somewhat yeasty, delicately nutty and dried planty to slightly herbal nose with calm yellow fruity notes. Ripe fruit with nutty aromas, hints of yellow spice and yeasty hints, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, some melting and some warmth on the palate, buttery nuances, mineral tones in the background, medium power, very good, hinted buttery-caramel and again nutty finish.
