Noticeably vegetal fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity and very slightly tart-spicy aromas. Bright, quite juicy, very sweet fruit with vegetal flavours slightly going in the direction of celery, lively, fine acidity, candy notes on the palate, moderate, typically radish-like frost tones, persistent, slightly creamy, a hint of dried herbs, good depth, very good finish with intense sweetness
