Clearly nutty and very slightly woody aroma of pome fruits with citrus nuances and slightly yeasty and floral hints. Quite fresh, tangy fruit, planty to herbal, nutty and slightly floral aromas, lively acidity and very delicate carbonic acid, some grip, good substance and persistence, mineral hints, very slightly smoky, very good, fine-juicy, relatively cool finish with bite
