Yeasty, somewhat floral and slightly nutty pome fruit scent with red berry nuances. Clear, quite juicy, not completely dry fruit, yeasty and clearly nutty aromas, a little dried floral and fungal on the palate, medium-fine mousseux, good persistence, some grip, some spice, clear varietal character, very good, quite firm, juicy and spicy, a touch of sweetish finish
